Can you tell I like doughnuts? hehe
Well, while this might be true, I made these because they looked so easy to make. My doughnuts didn’t turn out as pretty as Ochikern’s, but they were delicious. I made this recipe at least twice. I had some cocoa I mixed with butter and sugar to make the topping and then I sprinkled some green coconut on top. The 2nd batch had sugar only, but I didn’t take pictures anymore.
- 80 ml soy milk, but I used low fat cow milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 150 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- parchment paper
- oil for frying the doughnuts
